- FHWA LPA Certification
- Has 10 years of experience in Right of Way land acquisition. As a negotiation agent she ensures all titles and documents are kept up to date and complies with all guidelines.
Laura northcraft
Renee Williford
- Has over 30 years of experience managing acquisition projects. As a project manager she ensures all projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
